Overview
The Event Crew Member supports event setup, breakdown, and transportation of supplies. This role involves physical labor and hands-on assistance with event logistics before, during, and after the event. Ideal for someone who’s reliable, punctual, and comfortable lifting and moving equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading event supplies and equipment into vehicle (2–3 hours before event start)
Unload and set up furniture (tables, chairs), signage, and lighting
Handle minor venue setup tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, adjusting cords or decor)
Load out equipment after event concludes
Return the following day to unload the vehicle
Qualifications
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to event locations
Comfortable working evening or weekend shifts
Follows directions well and communicates effectively
Bonus: experience in live event or production work
Compensation
Flat Rate: $125 per event
Includes setup, breakdown, and next-day vehicle unload
Paid within 48 hours of completion
