At Audio Gumbo Productions, we strive to create memorable and meaningful experiences. Please review our event refund policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales for Audio Gumbo events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by us.

2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered one of the following options:

• A full refund

• A credit toward a future event
   

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule notice.

3. No-Show Policy

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the event for any reason.

4. Name Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please email us at contact@audio-gumbo.com at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and contact info.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Events will take place rain or shine unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued for weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control unless the event is officially canceled.
